- Maintain a caseload of 30 active clients for full-time and 20 active clients for part-time, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Active CA BBS license (LCSW,PsyDs)
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a private clinic organization
