The role involves analysing metrics, developing strategies, and interacting with client side and employee side of things to optimise performance and maintain client deliverability.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage and oversee a team of designers/ video editors and social media content managers. Help boost everyones performance. </li><li>Create and curate engaging content strategies and identify trends for social media platforms.</li><li>Analyse client social media accounts to ensure brand consistency. Keep a tab on weekly client deliverables. Lead all weekly client calls. </li><li>Analyze performance metrics to measure results and get it all delivered by the team.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and interactions.</li><li>Interact with clients, followers, respond to comments, and maintain healthy client relationships.</li><li>Plan and manage campaigns for client reach outs and social media offers.</li><li>Creating monthly reports for all clients and employees of Noetbook Media and rate them depending upon their performance. </li><li>Communicate via emails for client side and employee side development. </li><li>Lead interview calls for new hires on social media/ ads/ content/ video or graphics side of things.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Has a laptop or a pc and super fast wifi.</li><li>Proven experience in people management. Managerial and Organizational skills. </li><li>Strong understanding of social media clips, viral reels, carousels, stories, etc. that can potentially go viral.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in social media content creation tools and analytics software.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for problem solving.</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking skills. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with a team and holding them accountable to get things done.</li><li>Creativity and a keen eye for detail. And finding solutions or ways how to fix issues on a day to day.</li><li>Experience with email and basic online tasks using sheets/ slack/ docs/ telegram/ clickup/ etc.</li></ul>
