The Marketing Department:  

The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. The Career Opportunity:  

The Marketing Events Coordinator supports the execution of events that align with the company's goals and drive brand engagement. This entry-level role focuses on event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for in person events and logistics, planning and execution of virtual webinar events. This role will support the Event Managers on the team and handle work for multiple brands. Some travel may be required to event sites.  

Areas of Accountability: 

  • Timely and accurate coordination of event logistics and deliverables. 

  • Meeting deadlines for materials, setup, and communication. 

  • Efficient vendor coordination and relationship management. 

  • Maintaining accuracy in budget tracking and reporting. 

  • Track event timelines and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Help track event budgets and monitor expenses to stay within approved limits. 

  • Handle administrative duties related to event planning, such as maintaining registration lists and creating post-event reports. 

  • Marketing webinar production; platform setup, hosting webinars, reporting, etc.  

Competencies for Success  

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all event deliverables, timelines, and reports. 

  • Organization: Manages multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency. 

  • Communication: Collaborates effectively with internal teams and external vendors. 

  • Flexibility: Adapts to changing deadlines and last-minute adjustments. 

  • Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. 

  • Internship or work experience in event coordination or marketing. 

  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies related to events. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana. 

  • Experience with live webinar production (experience with Livestorm is nice to have but not required) 

At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $49,450 - $60,000 for this position.
