The Network Support Technician Training program at Los Angeles Valley College is a completely online and free training initiative designed to prepare students for entry-level roles in network support, including positions such as Network Support Technician, Entry-level Help Desk Technician, or IT Support Specialist. Training begins on November 4th.

- Complete five required noncredit courses with a passing grade. ,
- Learn about computer hardware and operating systems. ,
- Understand networking basics and initial configuration of networking devices. ,
- Gain knowledge in network addressing and basic troubleshooting. ,
- Study network support and security principles.
- Requirements
- Students must complete the five required noncredit courses with a passing grade (P). ,
- Completion of VOC ED 919CE - Computer Hardware and Operating Systems Net I. ,
- Completion of VOC ED 920CE - Networking Basics Net II. ,
- Completion of VOC ED 921CE - Networking Devices Initial Configuration Net III. ,
- Completion of VOC ED 922CE - Network Addressing and Basic Troubleshooting Net IV. ,
- Completion of VOC ED 923CE - Network Support and Security Net.
