What You Will Be Doing...

Engaging with customers through live chat on a business’s website or social media platforms, addressing their questions, providing sales information, and offering discounts.
Using various digital platforms to interact and solve customer inquiries efficiently.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and brand representation in all interactions.
Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

A stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Availability to work 10+ hours per week.
Skills/Background Needed:

No previous experience in live chat support required—full training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a keenness to learn new technologies.
A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
