Key Responsibilities
 Design and implement captivating lessons in core subject areas for K-12 students.
 Create and maintain an inclusive virtual classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement.
 Utilize contemporary online teaching platforms to enhance the learning experience.
 Regularly monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
 Adjust instructional strategies to accommodate various learning preferences and needs.
Required Skills
 Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
 Proficiency in virtual teaching tools such as Zoom and Google Classroom.
 Ability to build connections with students and cultivate a supportive online learning environment.

Qualifications
 A BachelorÂs degree in Education or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred).
 Demonstrated experience in a K-12 teaching role (experience in virtual education is advantageous).
 Valid West Virginia Teaching Certification is required.
 Professional Liability Insurance (to be acquired upon offer).
