The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy to individuals and groups, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. This role requires a strong understanding of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and parenting, and also effective communication skills and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Duties
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and parenting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health counseling techniques and best practices, particularly related to perinatal mental health.

Requirements
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD) (Fully licensed only)
• PMH-C (preferred)
• Experience in mental health counseling, particularly in perinatal mental health.
• Familiarity with group therapy techniques and motivational interviewing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Commitment to providing empathetic patient care while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Previous experience working with infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and parenting.
