Engaging directly with users via live chat, youÂll diagnose problems, provide effective solutions, and contribute valuable feedback to our product development team. This role is perfect for problem solvers who love helping others and want to grow their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.Rate: $35 per hour (Depending on the complexity of the app and detail required for the review).
Requirements:
Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
Basic English writing skills for clear communication.
Skills/background needed:
No previous experience in live chat support required  full training provided.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Minimum availability of 5+ hours per week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
