Key Responsibilities
• Compile, verify, and organize information in preparation for data entry
• Identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information before processing
• Uphold data integrity by adhering to established best practices and procedures
• Accurately input medical billing data into our systems
• Conduct research to gather any missing information as required
• Confirm membership details such as join dates and participation levels
• Maintain error-free data and implement necessary updates
• Follow established workflows and contribute to the enhancement of new procedures
• Diagnose issues and escalate them to team leaders or supervisors as necessary
• Achieve daily productivity targets while sustaining high-quality standards

Required Skills
• Proficient in using a PC and various information systems/applications
• Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Willingness to work onsite for initial onboarding and training period of up to four weeks

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
