Key Responsibilities
• Abstract and code patient information from medical records
• Ensure compliance with the standards set by various target registries

Required Skills
• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in clinical data abstraction
• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Capability to sustain an inter-rater reliability (IRR) score of 98% or higher
• Prior experience in remote work is preferred
• Availability for no less than 60 abstraction hours each month

Qualifications
• Relevant clinical data abstraction experience
• Solid understanding of healthcare data management practices
