[Hiring] Social Media and Outreach Manager @Mom to Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

    Instagram Management:
  • Craft and post engaging content and stories bi-weekly.
  • Utilize Planoly for scheduling and ensuring consistency.
    Editorial Calendar:
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar to maintain a cohesive brand message.
    Website Updates:
  • Implement necessary updates and improvements on the website.
  • Collaborate directly with the client to identify and discuss required changes.
    Practice Outreach:
  • Compile a comprehensive list of OB and pediatrician practices.
  • Draft persuasive pitches, secure client approval, and initiate outreach.
    Newsletter Management:
  • Design and disseminate a monthly newsletter, keeping audiences informed and engaged.
    Podcast Outreach:
  • Research podcasts centered on motherhood, prenatal, and postnatal care.
  • Draft pitches and promote the client for guest appearances.
    Ad-hoc Assistance:
  • Dive into any immediate tasks or projects as they emerge.
  • Exhibit flexibility and commitment in a fluid work environment.

    Requirements
  • Digital Marketing: Must have proven experience in the field of digital marketing.
  • Sales Copywriting: Experience in crafting compelling sales copy is a plus.
  • Industry Passion: A genuine interest or passion in postpartum care is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with platforms like Planoly, Canva, Calendly, and Instagram.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Detail-Oriented: Pays meticulous attention to details, ensuring quality in all tasks.
  • Proactive: A self-starter who can work independently and initiate tasks or projects.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work closely with the client, understanding and implementing feedback efficiently.
  • Time Zones: PST, MST, CST, or EST
