Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership and Execution: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction Conduct regular client meetings and provide comprehensive project updates Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams Allocate resources effectively across projects Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets Monitor and control project costs Maximize project profitability while maintaining quality standards Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Develop contingency plans and implement risk mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with key stakeholders Manage expectations and communicate effectively with all parties Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables Implement quality control processes Ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities Participate in proposal development and client presentations Contribute to the growth and success of the PDS department Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or construction PMP certification preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in financial management and budgeting Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
