Call Center Sales Supervisor

- Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to guide agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Meet or exceed minimum performance standards as established by Leadership on established KPIs.
- Communicate and champion the company’s goals and initiatives to team members.
- Provide coaching and developmental plans to team members as needed to drive improved performance.
- Ensure team members are held accountable to company policies, production, activity and quality standards.
- Monitor and audit team member system to ensure appropriate productivity and data integrity.
- Responsible for keeping a full staffed team including partnering with Human Resources on interviewing and hiring.
- Responsible for the culture, moral and motivation of the team members.
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting for team members
- Responsible for daily lead distribution, weekly spiff distribution and scheduling of team members.
- Requirements:
- 2+ years call center management.
- Must qualify for a Florida telemarketing license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Schedule:
We operate Monday through Friday 8am-9pm EST and Saturdays 8am-6pm EST. You will be assigned a shift within these times at 40 hours per week. You must be available to work all hours of operations. Scheduled based on business needs. The primary schedule for the position will be 8am - 6pm PST M-F and 6am-3pm PST every 3rd Saturday.
Location:
This position will be fully remote and can be located in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Tennessee or Missouri.

- Windows PC running Windows 10 or 11 (NO Macs or Chromebooks)
- 2.1 GHz Processor or better (Intel: i5-4440 or better, AMD: Ryzen 3 or better)
- 8 GB of RAM or more
- 120+ GB SSD (recommended) or HDD, with 20 GB Available Free Space
- A minimum of two available USB ports
- Integrated or connectable webcam
- Monitor with a recommended resolution of 1920x1080, minimum resolution of 1366x768
- Wired Keyboard/Wired Mouse
- Wired USB Headset (combination of microphone and headphone)
- Wired internet connection (Wifi is not supported)
- Google Chrome (updated version)
- Current anti-virus/spyware software installed at all times (Windows Security is fine)

- Internet Service Requirements:
- Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
- Dial-up internet is NOT permitted
- DSL, satellite and wireless broadband is NOT permitted
- Minimum download speed of 5 mbps
- Minimum upload speed of 2 mbps
- Make sure your computer is off S-mode
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
