We are looking to hire an Entry Level Customer Service Associate that is focused on prioritizing our customer’s satisfaction and assisting their business telecommunication needs.

Our company recently moved to Charlotte, and as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate with Charlotte Revolusion, you will serve as the initial point of contact between businesses and our company. This Entry Level Customer Service Associate position is responsible for managing customers' questions about telecommunication services, managing their accounts and processing orders for them, and building relationships that potentially lead to future business. The Entry Level Customer Service Associate will learn key skills in customer service, including conflict resolution, de-escalation, and sales, to help you be successful in this role.

    Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
  • Engage with business owners and customers and respond promptly to all questions they have regarding the presentation of our services
  • Assist customers with analyzing available product including wireless and internet, making recommendations tailored to their needs and placing their service order
  • Learn the ins and outs of all product knowledge to increase sales for the company
  • Handle all customer service inquiries, including regarding pricing, service issues, billing policies, and technical support, with patience and empathy
  • Ensure customers receive the most accurate and relevant information
  • Maintain professionalism when handling all sensitive customer information to ensure all transactions meet legal privacy requirements
    Qualifications of an Entry Level Customer Service Associate:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferred
  • Patient, empathetic individuals able to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Prior experience managing accounts, working in an entry level role, or business experience is also a plus
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,293.00 - $52,799.00 per year
